How to get Ekuipd


Unsure about how Ekuipd will get your business up and running? Read through our 7 step process to understand our process.

 

Step 1 : Choose either ala carte or package based 

If you are interested in a fixed term subscription package, we recommend for you to select one of our packages, ranging from Lite, Regular and Supreme ranging from 1 month to 12 months subscription package.

 

If you are looking for a more flexible option, be it in terms of tenure of furniture requirements, then you can just select the furniture on a per piece basis and the lease would then be configured to your requirements.

 

Step 2 : Select your products

Once you have decided on a subscription or a-la-carte option, you can then proceed to choose the items you require.

 

The pricing on our page is based on a monthly basis. For example, if you chose the Regular Table from our Products list, you will be charged RM 46 per month for the 12 months subscription.

 

Only our 7 day subscription displays the full amount for the full period. For example, if you choose the Regular Table for the 7 days subscription, you will then be billed RM 392 for the entire period (or RM 56 per day).

 

Step 3 : Proceed to cart

Once you are set on the furniture, you can then proceed to checkout and fill in the required information for us to proceed with your order.


Step 4 : Payment upon checkout

At checkout, you will then be billed for the items that you have selected to book your order. For example, if you have chosen the Regular Chair and Regular Table for 12 months, you will then be billed RM 75 upon checkout for your 1st month. After the order has been booked, your next payment will then be transacted within 7 days prior to the start of the 2nd month. 

 

Step 5 : Acceptance & Signing of Subscription Agreement

Once your order has been accepted, we will then send over a digital copy of the subscription agreement to be signed by you. You will then have 3 working days (from the payment of the 1st month) to sign the digital Subscription Agreement to complete your order. Your order will only be confirmed once the Subscription Agreement has been digitally signed.


Step 6 : Delivery Date & Location

You're one step closer to receiving your order! Upon receiving the digitally signed agreement, we will then confirm the desired date and location for the furniture to be delivered. Furniture will be delivered to you 7 days from the confirmation of your order (that is when the agreement has been signed) at the agreed upon Date & Location. Should there be any changes to the delivery details, please do get in touch with us and we will make the necessary arrangements.

 

Step 7 : Product Delivery & Installation

On Delivery day, our Ekuipd team (or our Logistics partner) will liaise with you to complete the delivery order. Apart from delivery, we will also be installing your furniture at your office (for free!).
